Shannon is passionate about her work and brings a holistic approach to support clients in moving towards emotional, spiritual, and physical wellness. She incorporates an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy model and philosophy as well as body awareness/movement and mindfulness/meditation to her approach. Additionally, she uses therapeutic yoga techniques to support healing. It is through her own personal lived experience with unhealthy eating patterns and life transitions that she came to therapy as her profession. She aspires to help support others in knowing that there is hope to reclaim a better relationship with one’s mind, body, and soul.
