Marybeth is certified through the Carolyn Costin Institute as an eating disorder recovery coach and works as part of the client’s treatment team. She provides “in the moment” support through individual coaching sessions, meal coaching, text support, food and clothes shopping, as well as cooking. Marybeth works with folks ages 13 and up both in-person and virtually.
