Montrie, Jody – LCMHC-S

I am committed to creating a safe and affirming environment for clients to explore their authentic selves and honor their natural wisdom. My approach has been described as calming, open, compassionate, strength-based, and somatically oriented. With over 20 years’ experience working with youth, teens, and families, I blend a variety of theoretical approaches to assist in navigating anxieties, self doubt, and life’s challenges. I believe we are all driven toward security and connection. It is my hope that we can understand our nervous system responses and explore how the systems in which we live impact us and influence our coping strategies.

“Listen to the wind, it talks. Listen to the silence, it speaks. Listen to your heart, it knows.”
