I own Enhance Nutrition. We are a team of dietitians that help people work toward eating disorder recovery as well as weight neutral Medical Nutrition Therapy.
I work exclusively with clients suffering from eating disorders in person in Charlotte, NC as well as virtually across NC, SC, GA, VA, CO, AZ.
My goal for each client is to work with them to establish their baseline in recovery and find a lifelong way of eating that is peaceful and nourishing.
I have been in the eating disorders field for 14 years working in higher levels of care (PHP and IOP) as well as eight years in outpatient.
