Throughout her career as a dietitian, Traci has developed a professional philosophy about guiding people toward a healthier life through food, nutrition, and balanced living. This philosophy views each and every person as uniquely capable of making a difference in their own lives in their own unique way. She believes achieving a balanced relationship with food does not come from setting strict rules or guidelines with eating. Rather, it is achieved when one is able to coexist with food and mindfully recognize its role in providing nourishment and enjoyment. Traci believes her role as a dietitian is to assist people in finding this balanced approach to food, eating, and overall health and well-being.
