Kustanovich-Hoza, Jenni – LMSW, MHA, E-CYT, CPT

As both a human and a therapist, I emphasize getting a little messy and a lot a bit human. Meaning, I create room for you to be you so you can reconnect with every part of yourself with compassion rather than judgment. Sometimes we laugh, other times we cry. You are welcome, as you are, because that’s the foundation for deeper, embodied recovery. I intentionally weave experiential and body-based approaches into our work, helping you move from self-criticism toward self-trust and giving your body a voice when words feel out of reach.

Drawing from psychodynamic, bodywork, and somatic approaches, I support recovery from trauma, anxiety, depression, and patterns of numbing or self-medicating, including substance use, eating disorders, and disordered eating and movement behaviors. While our bodies constantly talk to us, we might not always be listening. For over a decade, I have facilitated yoga, barre, PiPilates, and meditative practices that explore the interplay between structure and freedom. When aligned with a client’s values and goals, I may incorporate practices such as Ayurveda, astrology, sound healing, and nature-based rituals alongside evidence-informed therapeutic approaches.

Additionally, my background in healthcare administration and public health advocacy has strengthened my commitment to person-centered care, particularly for individuals impacted by weight stigma, eating disorders, and gender-affirming care barriers. I have also facilitated support groups with the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD) and The Body Positive.
