I received my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida State University (Go Noles!!). After my undergraduate, I moved to St. Pete Florida where I completed my 200hr Yoga certification. Eventually, my love for the mountains drew me to Asheville and Western Carolina University where I completed my clinical internship and master’s degree in Health Science. I spent my first years as a dietitian gaining experience in clinical nutrition with an emphasis on diabetes and oncology. During this time I discovered my passion for serving people with eating disorders and disordered eating and transitioned to working for an eating disorder treatment center. I am currently pursuing my eating disorder certification (CEDRD) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.
